KIRSTEN COTTONE (MAPP, B.A., Dip. Ed.)
Founder of The Optimum Mindset™
Kirsten Cottone is a passionate and innovative facilitator, who helps individuals and organisations make positive change.
While performing on stages such as NIDA and The Royal Albert Hall in London, collaborating with industry legends across the globe, and training "non-performers" Kirsten came to recognise that a major factor that all people can benefit from (not just performers) is accessing their own creativity.
Combining this unique perspective with evidence-based research, Kirsten has developed the Optimum Mindset™; a complete system that boosts and balances wellbeing, creativity and performance. This, in turn, leads to flourishing lives and workplaces.
In 2019, Kirsten received the Dean's Honours List Award from the University of Melbourne, for attaining the highest overall grade in her Master of Applied Positive Psychology (First Class Honours). She also has formal qualifications in education, music, drama, coaching and neuroscience.
Whether you are an individual or an organisation, an invigorating session with Kirsten will help break through blocks and develop new neural pathways, ultimately forming new ways of being.
